Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte

Anna Astvatsaturian Turcotte has over nineteen years of legal, compliance and risk management experience. In her role as Director of Compliance, she is responsible for the oversight of the Compliance and Internal Audit Programs. Anna has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law. She lives in Westbrook with her husband and two children, and is a third term Westbrook City Councilor, currently serving as the first woman and immigrant President of the Westbrook City Council. In 2012 Anna published her childhood diaries surviving ethnic cleansing as a child refugee, titled “Nowhere, a Story of Exile,” which she wrote at the age of 14 as her family settled in North Dakota as refugees. Since the publication of this diary Anna has spoken on behalf of her community at US Congress, UK & European Parliaments and speaks worldwide on genocide prevention, refugee issues, international law, and human rights.  Additionally, Anna implements humanitarian initiatives in Armenia with the Anna Astvatsaturian Foundation. Anna volunteers her time mentoring Maine girls with Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute.  She serves as the Board member of the Maine Justice Foundation and donates her time to numerous other local organizations.

Susan Mellon

Susan Mellon

Susan Mellon has been a Maine banker for over 30 years. She joined Maine Community Bank in 2021, to lead the bank’s Customer Experience and Market Expansion efforts. Prior to joining the bank, Susan served with other Maine banking leadership teams, where she led efforts in Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, Commercial Lending, and Bank Operations. She has a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and serving Maine businesses and families.  She is a graduate of the University of Maine and Bentley University, and has served on several local and statewide boards.

Ryan Wing

Ryan Wing has many years of experience in leading IT teams with focuses on information security, process automation, and cloud forward technologies. In his role as the Chief Information Officer, Ryan is responsible for overseeing IT systems and security, as well as leveraging information systems to support business line goals and day-to-day technology operations.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern Maine.

Ryan enjoys hiking and outdoor activities with his wife and two sons, as well as his side-career in illustration.  He is also an alumni member of the Filene i3 Innovation Program, which focused on trending and impactful data that could be used for strategic forecasting in the FI and community environments.

Daniel Colby

Dan ColbyDan Colby has worked in community banking for 30 years and joined Biddeford Savings in 2005.  In his role as Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Banker & Market Manager for the Biddeford Savings division of Maine Community Bank, he is responsible for building relationships with small businesses and servicing their business banking needs.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Vermont and an honors graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado, where he now serves as an Alumni Ambassador. He is very active in the local community and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the YCCC Foundation and Harvest Foundation, and serves as the Treasurer of The Rock Church of Greater Portland. Dan also spent many years as a youth sports coach and official and as a Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America.

Jeanne Hulit

Jeanne Hulit has over 30 years of banking experience in addition to her experience leading a Maine-based manufacturer and several years in the public sector at the state and federal level. She had the privilege of serving in leadership roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration, serving New England Regional Administrator and Associate Administrator for the SBA’s Office of Capital Access, prior to being named Acting Administrator by President Obama.

Jeanne joined Maine Community Bank in 2018. Within her first 18 months, she orchestrated the successful merger of Biddeford Savings and Mechanics Savings into divisions of Maine Community Bank.

Jeanne earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies from American University. She is active in the community and currently serves on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, the Maine Mutual Insurance Company (MEMIC), the Maine Bankers Association, the Maine State Chamber of Commerce and The Opportunity Alliance, a non-profit CAP agency.

Carri L. Brown, CPA

Carri BrownCarri Brown has over 20 years of experience working in the financial services industry and joined Biddeford Savings in March 2009. In her role as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Maine Community Bank, she is responsible for maintaining the bank’s financial and accounting records, as well as developing and implementing the bank’s asset/liability management, liquidity, and other financial policies.

Carri is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants National Banking School at the University of Virginia.

Thomas A. MacDonald

Tom MacDonaldTom MacDonald has worked in the banking industry for over 35 years and began his career with Mechanics Savings in 2006. As Chief Risk Officer, Tom is responsible for the Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Audit, Credit Administration, and Information Security areas of Maine Community Bank.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Maine, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2008, Tom earned his MBA from the University of Southern Maine.  He has been involved with the Risk Management Association for 25 years, serving on the Maine Chapter Board for 20 years.  He has also been a member of the Lewiston/Auburn Rotary Club since 2006, most recently serving as its President for the 2018-2019 year.  He is currently a Rotary Board member and is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.

Suzanne M. Carney

Suzanne Carney has over 25 years of experience in human resources, finance, and banking and joined Maine Community Bank in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director. In her role, she oversees all aspects of Human Resources including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and development.

Suzanne has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and is also a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SPC). She is a member of the Central Maine Human Resource Association and the Human Resources Association of Southern Maine. Suzanne is also actively involved in the community, having served on multiple area boards and committees, including Junior Achievement.

Jeffrey R. Gosselin

Jeff Gosselin brings over 20 years of banking experience to his role as a Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Banker & Market Leader. He began his career with Mechanics Savings in 2008 and is responsible for the commercial business development, client cultivation, business deposits, and cash management services for the Mechanics Savings division of Maine Community Bank.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from Thomas College. In 2018, he earned a degree from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.  As a long-time resident of Lewiston, Jeff has volunteered and served for a plethora of non-profit boards and municipal positions, as well as serving as a coach for a variety of youth sports.
